Dev’s got a point, I’m probably not the right person to ask. I can ask my fiancée. But I saw or heard no reaction from her yesterday.

I didn’t like the scene though. Very poor portrayal of a legend. Bruce deserves better.

After thinking about it, I think this movie could have been a lot better. The ending was 10/10, but large parts of the movie just seem to stroll by. However, Brad Pitt and Margaret Qualley stole the show, while DiCaprio’s character wasn’t all that interesting. Margot Robbie was good as well, but had a very limited role. The Mansion Cult’s ranch felt a little off.

Overall, I enjoyed it.

Bruce Lee’s daughter lashes out over dad’s portrayal in ‘Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood’

Asked my fianceé about the Bruce Lee-scene. She didn’t react to it at all, one way or another. She thought the movie was «ok, but not fantastic. Entertaining.»

Fuck all of you cuntz. This movie was boring as shit until the last 15 minutes. Even then, he already pulled this what-if-instead-of-that-happening,-this-happens shit with inglorious bastards. Can’t wait for his 10th and final overrated piece of shit movie where Cosby is about to rape a bitch, but the victim holds the rufi under her tongue and then - surprise - bites off his “nigger dick,” which is an okay thing to say because Quentin has so many black friends who will vouch that he’s not racist. It’s going to be a huge payoff after 3 hours of close-ups and “interesting angles” of pills, sweaters, and melting pudding pops. I’ll even go to the theatre for it if the unknown actress playing Lisa Bonet is probably underage and shows her titties. Christ.

Yeah I’m good. Unlike this movie. This is still a message board, right?
Saw Dolemite the next night and it made me feel much better.

yea this movie is pretty overrated. Finally saw it and meh. I'll always enjoy watching top notch actors do their thing, but overall it felt like tarantino jerking himself off the entire time.

What has stuck with me is Brad Pitt. Put a poor actor in his role, and the movie would have been poor. However, he was really excellent.

Funny, I actually think Pitt's pretty lackluster in this. I adore his work usually but he feels super flat in this to me.

As someone who has been single for almost a year, jerking oneself can be pretty fun
