I stir fried the following ingredients in my wok last night: green beans, red bell peppers, bean sprouts, tofu, rice noodles, scallions, peanuts, garlic, and a homemade peanut sauce. I call the recipe "Pad Thai".

Pork Estofado Recipe
Pork Estufado is one of my favorite Filipino Pork recipe. I love the tangy combination flavor of pork simmered in pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, sugar and more. This is a must try recipe for everyone to enjoy and great for special occasion.
Ingredients:
2 lbs. pork meat, cut into serving size (liempo or pork butt will be the best cut)
1 large potato, cut into 4
2 cooking banana (saba or plantain banana)
1 small red bell pepper, cut into big cubes
5 cloves garlic, sliced thin
1 small onion, diced
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoon sugar
4 bay leaves
1/3 cup cooking oil
salt and ground pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry bananas and potatoes, set aside.
Brown pork in cooking oil until brown, set aside.
Saute garlic and onion until caramelized. Add pork, vinegar, water, soy sauce and bay leaves.
Cover and simmer in medium heat for 20 minutes or until meat is almost fully cooked.
Add pineapple juice, sugar, ground pepper and salt to taste. Cover and simmer in medium heat for 15 minutes or until meat is fully soft and sauce thickens.
Add bell pepper, fried potatoes and fried banana.
Mix and simmer in low heat for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve hot. Enjoy!

It's a subtle cross post. Both a joke and an earnest schtick all at once. The Rmican way.doug rr wrote:i think that pic was lifted from a lean cuisine box
