I convert to ALAC
Me too.
I suppose my ears are too old to hear the 8 bit reduction from FLAC to ALAC.
FWIW, both FLAC and ALAC can be converted to either 16bit or 24bit. There is no real difference between the two formats other than compatibility

Exquisite work, WCT -- and great artwork, Brad! Really restores those elements of the mix that were de-emphasized on the Euro boots as released. Appreciate everything

in fairness we all found out about this about 2 years ago when clues started popping up on paper menus at Big Boy restaurants across the rust belt.

You've come along way from your Nirvana stuff, WCT. Brilliant.

Thanks dude. But keep in mind that when Nirvana collector douchebags (and other remaster-ers with an agenda) continue to define your skills based on remasters that were done 20 years ago and 6 source upgrades back, those things will happen.

Was "The Chosen Rejects" one of your sets? No idea how outdated those sources are now but the "live rarities" disc from that set is a go-to for me.

Tremendous job on the remastering. That was a great listen.

Also glad to see two of my favourite, underrated shows in Salzburg and Ljubljana well represented :)

Interesting that so many highlight performances happen in the span of the first 10 or so songs of the night.

Yeah, a lot of that stuff is old news. Maybe someday I will do a new one, now that there is a fuckton of new stuff, god forbid.
