Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

I haven't seen FvF yet so I can't comment on those things. I was more responding to this:

Don't think you can conclude that when the BP field is expanded. Seems more like the voters thought it was a fringe inclusion, good enough to merit inclusion in the larger, overall category but not especially strong in any of the specific fields of acting/directing/what have you. Again, haven't seen the film so I can't comment on it specifically--I hear good things!--but it's not a contradiction or an absurdity for a movie to get a BP nom and nothing else.
