Since it's too early to make a new thread... With all sorts of people coming out of the woodwork with a possible album announcement, I read that PJ will be the first musical act to play in the renovated Key Arena. June 2021. Their "residency" would be more like Billy Joel at MSG than Phish's Bakers Dozen at MSG.

Certainly lots of smoke to that fire, but I'm doubting that Billy Joel frequency. Billy Joel plays MSG basically once per month and he's on his sixth year of that. This would absolutely shock me if they did even half as many shows. As a total guess, I'd say something between Phish and Billy feels more likely. A two night stand 3-4 times per year feels more like PJ.

I can't see it being that frequent. It's bound to be a bust.

Maybe this is that residency Mike said he wanted to do where they play an album and all the b-sides from the album at each show.

SafeTix mobile tickets will be issued for all tickets for all shows. These tickets will be non-transferable, (except in NY and CO where transferability is required by state law), which means that ticket purchasers will be required to enter the venue with their guests. SafeTix tickets use a unique barcode that automatically refreshes every few seconds so they cannot be screenshot or counterfeited. SafeTix tickets require a smartphone to display. No other tickets will be accepted for entry.

Seat Locations Revealed In Advance Of The Show
Email confirmations will be sent out on a show-by-show basis over the course of 4 days, beginning Thursday, January 16th. Tickets will be digitally delivered with seat locations during the week of January 27th.

Fan-To-Fan Face Value Ticket Exchange
For fans who are unable to use their tickets, Pearl Jam and Ticketmaster will offer North America’s first Fan-to-Fan Face Value Ticket Exchange, which will allow fans to resell their tickets for the price they paid (including all fees). The Fan-to-Fan Face Value Ticket Exchange will launch on February 18, 2020. There will be no additional fees charged to Exchange users for buying or selling tickets on the Exchange.

Our Ticketmaster acct is apparently in the wife’s name. I changed it to mine before I logged in to pick my shows but it still showed her name. Hopefully, that won’t fuck me.

Anyone know what the % is next to what section you choose when ordering tickets? I went for GA, and it showed 99% next to that selection. Does that mean I’ve a 99% chance of getting GA tix?

Email confirmations will be sent out starting 1/16. After I verified the shows I wanted, it said the next time I hear from them will be the evening of 1/23. A full week after confirmations start being sent out?

It didn’t let me order anything. Just choose which shows I wanted.

You can select GA and/or reserved section for each individual show. Looks like the reserved sections are the majority of the lower bowl for both shows I chose. There was no option to rank GA over reserved or vice versa. Just the option to rank shows.
