Where are you getting to choose seating preferences?
GA and reserved were available when I went to place an order.
It didn’t let me order anything. Just choose which shows I wanted.
You can select GA and/or reserved section for each individual show. Looks like the reserved sections are the majority of the lower bowl for both shows I chose. There was no option to rank GA over reserved or vice versa. Just the option to rank shows.
Ok. So earlier, I must’ve somehow gone to the Ticketmaster site and put in a request for presale tickets. I went back to the email that was originally sent and sent thru what I thought was the same process but must not have been because this time it asked for the code that was sent in the email. Got both shows picked and actual tickets picked for both. I don’t know what the fuck I did the first time.

Looks like I signed up for Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan presale that happens on the 23rd.

Well, Baltimore is the best I got, and even that's pretty inconvenient, so I'm kinda hoping for more.

I'm sure some people will hate it, but I admire the work the Ten Club has put into the ticketing process and keeping most of the good seats off of secondary markets.

The addition of single tickets is FANtastic

Damn, I just noticed the SafeTix thing doesn’t apply to Denver. Brutal. The Tool concerts were a nightmare because of the bots buying and reselling.

Meanwhile I never got an email from Pearl Jam today with the code. I unsubscribed from all newsletters cause I get them in my junk email box. Guessing they didn't account for this...so now I wait for them to reply to 5000000000 emails.

i see now.

Do you guys now how to update your reuest? I originally put in for 1 ticket for NYC but now i might have a buddy in tow.

The email states: Updating Your Request
If you would like to update your request (e.g. add shows, add sections, change ticket quantity, etc) you can submit a new request with all of your preferences re-selected. We will only consider your most recent request.

You have until Wednesday, January 15 at 11:59pm PT to submit a new request, which will cancel any prior requests. Go to Ten Club Ticket Request.

Does that mean i have to reenter ALL of my shows? Or if i update to two tickets for NYC, it will just change that one?

And will your code work again or do you need a new code?

I just redid it. Code worked again.

By all accounts you are just supposed to update your entire order. Which i did. So far so good.
