You should root for the team that knocked you out, or at least root for your division, but never for the other conference.

I dunno - Titans are playing pretty tip top right now and Derrick seems unstoppable. Hope it's a good game. I don't think anyone in Nashville expected them to be in the playoffs, let alone the AFC championship, that's for sure...

I saw some story - didn’t read the whole thing - where Mike Vrabel said he would cut off his own dick to win the Super Bowl.

Wow.

Yeah, that was big fodder around here for local sports talk radio. He said it during his guest appearance on Taylor Lewan and some other player's podcast "Bussin with the boys". But to give it some context - if I remember correctly, he didn't just come out and say that; they asked him if he'd do that to win a super bowl and he said he would...

That's what everyone said about Baltimore too. This O-line is playing the best they've played all year (finally) and Henry has definitely found his groove. And the defense has been playing out of it's mind as well. TWO 4th and 1 stops against a very agile Jackson was pretty impressive, I didn't think the D had it in them. I'll admit that the Chiefs do have home field advantage this time and the "revenge" factor on their side, especially losing they way they lost here in Nashville, I'm sure they want to show everyone that was just a fluke win for the Titans, but at the same time, there's something to be said for a coach who's an 0-fer against a certain team. To this day it's still amazing to me that the Titans are an 0-fer against Andrew Luck. But that's just me. Anyway- hoping it's a good game at the very least.

Mahomes is a way better QB than Jackson

Titans took away the Baltimore run, so Jackson had to pass to beat them. He is capable of doing it, but he is not Drew Brees; and his receivers dropped a bunch of passes.

Chiefs can run on you or pass on you. They have fast playmakers in all areas. If you blitz Mahomes he is smart enough to pass around it or can beat you with his feet and create a pass.

and Tannehill can't keep up in a scoring contest.

Titans have done well to get here, but they've over-achieved. Chiefs are a more complete team, with a lot more upside on offense.

I'll be honest - I don't disagree with anything you've said here. At least in my very small circle of Titans fan friends, we all know Sunday is going to take a miracle to walk out of there with a "W". No question at all Mahomes is a much better QB than Jackson. I fear he's going to eat our secondary up. As much as I like Byard (being that's hes from this area and played at MTSU) I have said all year that our secondary is a huge weakness. That and our lack of a true "sack" threat. Against an offense like KC, those weaknesses are pretty much a death blow...

I may be forgetting someone but I think you gotta go Derrick Henry.
