Re: HBO: The Outsider (Stephen King)
It's a trilogy King did a few years back about a private detective. That's all I'll say here because I don't know what (if anything) could "spoil" anything in The Outsider.washing machine wrote:I wonder if knowledge of this Mr. Mercedes will spoil anything for me as a non-SK reading watcher? I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Yea, agreed. Its why im just going to enjoy how it plays out. Something this good can only be a letdown, especially when King is involved.tragabigzanda wrote:Hmm...
As much as I've enjoyed these first two eps, I'm sort of scared that whatever explanation they offer in the end will be underwhelming or downright silly.

Binging whole seasons is so unsatisfying to me. I love when we can all watch a series together.

I only watched the first episode, so I'm not going to be reading everyone's posts just yet, but, while I was gripped the whole time, let me say:
