That would be tough. Most likely scenarios:
1.) Nothing is wrong and it's behaving as expected but people are complaining anyway
2.) The BA picks didnt change the post odds, but otherwise the draws are working as expected
3.) BA is getting treated as one pick for GA and one pick for RES, so if you had BA and they we out of GA you have to wait until all the other picks at that priority are over before getting RES
I’m leaning a bit towards 1 & 2. Results are close to expected with a few outliers. Honestly, I will lose my shit if I lose an entry that showed 99%. I can take losing, but I won’t be able to accept that.
a lot of people will be confused, that’s for sure
mathematically to not win when probability of success is 99% is well very very unlikely

The 99% loss has popped up for a few people across a few shows. I genuinely feel bad for those fans.

Same.
I’m one of them. I’m not complaining. I’m just very confused how that can happen given I picked reserved over BA. I just must be part of the unlucky 1% is all.

I’m not sure what you mean by “1st choice.” I picked 2 shows - Oakland 1 and Oakland 2. I picked Ba for night 1 and won. I picked reserved for night 2 and lost.

Oh shit, I just learned Jack Irons played drums on this project.
Not insignificant chance we'll have Jack in the building for at least some of these shows!

Yeah. I didn't know we had multiple choices for each show. I just picked reserved for both shows.

didn’t it ask you to prioritize your choices? of shows
there was like a top to bottom ordering

not that i saw, no. i just pulled up the page, it had the u.s. shows listed, and i went down and checked oakland 1 and 2, and then it went through my choices for general admission, reserved, or best available, and that was it.
in the end, it wouldn't have mattered, because i only had 2 shows. i doubt i'll make the trip across the country for 1 show now. it looks like i'll be giving that fan-to-fan ticket exchange a try next month.
