A cheap steak, a baked potato, a fried egg or two, and a pot of coffee.

just made the simplest spaghetti on the planet, which wound up being so good. 5 ingredients

trader joe's organic spaghetti - which is a white-label of a pasta imported from italy, and is actually incredibly good
Spoiler: show
Image
some of these strained organic tomatoes - so good and made all the difference. would buy this any day
Spoiler: show
Image
+ splash of EVOO + parmigiano reggiano + a little black pepper

wow

didn't even cook the tomato sauce ahead of time, just threw it on the hot (al dente) pasta. with tomato that high quality it just won the show

Cooking some beef patties on the skillet tonight. Topping them with some chopped onions and shitake mushrooms sauteed in coconut aminos and plating on top of some butter lettuce.

cast-iron skillet I hope.

I use that for burgers all the time (put it into an oven and heat it to 500 degrees, take it out, and then cook over medium-high heat).
