just want to do my periodic glass half empty reminder that this is their voodoo lounge and DOTC is their Love Is Strong.

reel in those expectations and let's all be pleasantly surprised.*

*this will not work i will not do this.

Am I the only one who heard a different snippet during the chiefs/Titans game?

Ten whole years of meh from one of the greatest bands of all time. God I hope it's over.

Did you guys already discussed this Matt Cameron post? Considering the snippet that we heard, this drum setup should be enough to play DotC... So, promo stuff (video) coming soon?

We can all agree this is not how you release new music in 2020 right? You don't make an announcement and then hold a single back and finally release the album when you start having to mow your grass again. Nobody, and I mean nobody, is paying attention to this but us. If they dropped the music at the same time as the album and tour announcement and somehow the songs were good then they might have something.

I picture that synth part played on Keytar when they play this live. Mike & Stone will be wearing neon colored glow in the dark headbands & Ed will dance round the stage like a clairvoyant in a track suit.

this would be fantastic if indeed we are going to have to wait another 20% of a year to get the whole album.

it's already late January now

maybe Wolfblood Supermoon ends up getting released before DOTC?

but DOTC will still be the lead single

just like how CDM was the annual single from the forthcoming album

because it is always really straightforward

that way Simmons can keep increasing his snippet by 2.5 seconds each day, until leap day on Feb 29th when we'll have the full track

Wanna feel great?

Can't Deny Me is not the lead single from Pearl Jam's forthcoming album.

I really do hope they don't end up releasing 3-4 singles before the album is released. I hate when bands do that.

I’ll listen to the first, and maybe the second (depending how close it is to album release), but if they start pulling that SleaterKinney shit where they released like 5 songs, fuck that
