I've just starting stocking the new pantry..this is exciting..i'm sure i'll finish and start over with another idea

the fact that we don't have a dedicated pantry is the one thing that I hate about our kitchen set up. it's a gallery kitchen, and so we don't have a lot of room for storage. i have to keep most of the bigger appliances downstairs.

i can't believe it took me 5 years to even think about this..one day a few month ago i thought to myself this closet only has dog food bags in it..its southern california and nobody has coats to hang up here..Hey!! i have an idea

the best I've had was at a bar in paris..a scottish bartender would bring it in and also a dive bar on the upper west side of nyc had a bartender as well that could get it for awhile..good stuff
its just as good with the beef liver swapped for the sheep lung
