There's something about the new album listening experience that is just so unique and PJ is really my only option to do that anymore. I wouldn't seek that out for any other band at this point. It requires having a physical copy of the album (Vinyl preferred) instead of just streaming. I like having the artwork and the full album in hand with the best possible recording, headphones, etc.

This is definitely the primary reason I'd avoid a leak.

I don't want to hear new songs for the first time via some over-generated, low-bitrate MP3.

In the long-term, no, but it would certainly make the initial exploration of that material much less enjoyable.

I can definitely wait if I know there's an official release coming soon, the trade-off of hearing the songs earlier doesn't seem worth it.

I don’t know if this is still part of the “bit” or not but no, Harmless isn’t dead.

I had my differences with Harmless on the board, especially near the end, but I find the continued jokes in really poor taste.
