Pace yourselves, squad, we've got 2 months to go!

Hydrate.

Rest.

Proper caloric intake while maintaining nutritional balance.

Be sure to get natural light (when it's up).

Lastly, humming/mumbling "stand back when the spirit comes" is cathartic.
