This is why it boggles my mind that bands announce an album months before release.

It's the 21st century. Just fucking release it already.

where's this coming from that it's "out there?"

while I want the album asap, that would be a catastrophic failure basically unheard of nowadays for an album to leak 2 months in advance.

Highly unlikely the album will leak unless its 1-2 days before release date. With todays distribution methods and technology, the chances of a random russian cd shop getting a copy a few weeks out and uploading it to the net are unlikely

As seen by DOTC lack of leak
