This morning I listened to studio versions of WWS, Save You, DotC, Grievance and MYM. DotC is BY FAR the most sonically pleasing record out of the bunch. The production on this is perfection. It might be my favorite "sounding" song sing Given to Fly.

one of the things that's making me happy about this song is that if it weren't for the synth, and the wicka-wicka-wah funk guitar -- if all of that was replaced with the fuzzy straight riff of something like "Bushleaguer" -- this song could fit right into Riot Act; and I'm not having to look past any synthetic BO'B nonsense to hear it

the song builds and crescendos organically, and that alone has me excited to see what the album's got
