Due to teaching and parenting, I spaced and didn't get to buy pre-sale tickets when they opened up, but I have been in "waiting room" to buy tickets for 6.5 hours. I have tried refreshing the screen and have both dates for Oakland, CA but am struggling. Is anyone stuck in the "waiting room" at ticketmaster.com?

Sigh

If you want to take your fascination with this thread to another level, listen to an episode of the call in show on Sirius XM called the Faithfull Forum. I may stop being a fan of the band

Someone called in to ask if Ed considers "piss break" songs when creating setlists.

The latest was about the single and the ticket debacle. It sounded a lot like a cross between an not show and a radio marketplace show

I listened to this on my drive home yesterday and I was enthralled. I can’t believe this show exists. The shit people post in the pit but with their actual ridiculous voices. Loved that guy that kept calling the host, and everyone else in his “story”, brother.

I dont know what thread to post this in, but generally PJ tattoo stuff belongs in here.

I have a small Yield sign on my back (right shoulder blade). I think its cool, its not a road sign in Australia, and its a bit discreetly PJ.

Anyway, a few years ago I got a massage at some sports medical centre, and the guy questioned my tattoo so I told him it was pearl jam. Then while he was massaging me, he started singing a few lines to "push me, pull me" which was a bit surreal and cool and slightly terrifying. He then played some no code on his iphone and talked to me about 90s music while finishing the massage. This could have been a lot worse if he tried to talk to me about sirens, just breathe, ten etc.

But I haven't gone for another massage since.

This doesnt really have anything to do with the pit. but whether Im deserving to be in this thread because of my tattoo, or the masseuse is on the pit i don't know... Maybe the worst fans you know thread would have been more suited..

I have a friend from Louisiana who does that non-stop, so it must be a Southern bro thing.

I can’t even stand listening to 8 seconds of this trash(I guess I have a slow trigger finger since this is the amount of time it takes me to change stations). How can anyone think this is solid programming? Who gives any fucks?

The faithful forum was hysterical, most the callers were complaining they didn't get tickets. The blob's defense was well, keep trying, go to the box office and try the forums and completely ignored every complaint possible. Then towards the end, some guy from Long Island called saying how hard it was and then said at the end, Well I'll be scalping! Leaving Rob with perplexed response of "OK"

The “show” is so damn long too. If I’m in the car for a long time and I flip back after what I believe is a reasonable amount of time for the fucking thing to end there are still idiots yammering on about the time Mike sweated on them so that must make them buddies or the time their dog got a cold so they really connect with Black.

I am really glad I didn’t know this radio show exists, and now I can actively avoid it now that I do.

Problem is, these are the people who surround you when you get 10c tickets.

This should really merge with the Worst PJ Fans thread. Same subject matter.
