Re: Dance of the Clairvoyants
iTunes chart performance. Probably not bad for an act that’s been around longer than most of the artists on these charts have been alive. Has anyone ever dominated After they were inducted into the Hall of Fame?

OK, I've come around. This is a good song. Even though Ed pronounces things weirdly.

Maybe if they do a DotC re-mix Feat. Lil Nas X & Post Malone, replete with a flute solo by Lizzo.Vindicator wrote:This album will make a bigger splash

I really like that cover from the Brazil band. Would love to see the Chili Peppers cover this too. Or, REM if they ever get back together.

Re: Dance of the Clairvoyants
That cover is terrible. They're good imitators, but that's annoying. Bring a little originality to the mix.

I like how they did not use synths or a keyboard (as far as I can tell).

Oh, come now...They posted it less than 24 hours after the band released it!tree_ wrote:That cover is terrible. They're good imitators, but that's annoying. Bring a little originality to the mix.
They did provide "originality." No keyboards!
Edit: Coach is on the ball. Good hustle, Mr. Nelson!

Re: Dance of the Clairvoyants
yeah what the fuck are you talking about, they changed the synth part to a real guitar which sounds totally different.tree_ wrote:That cover is terrible. They're good imitators, but that's annoying. Bring a little originality to the mix.

Re: Dance of the Clairvoyants
I'm mostly talking about how he's singing. He's clearly trying to sound exactly like Edward Severson.Vindicator wrote:yeah what the fuck are you talking about, they changed the synth part to a real guitar which sounds totally different.tree_ wrote:That cover is terrible. Re: Dance of the Clairvoyants
the cover is fun and it's a great fan gesture to make it so quickly and competently, but the "better than the original" comments are preposterous
