I like all three, but Bone Tomahawk beats the other two. It has the most heart

I watched Brawl in Cellblock 99 and I did not like it half as much as Bone Tomahawk.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

I think I just didn't love the story/world. It's hard for me to articulate what I didn't like on this one.tragabigzanda wrote:I love them both but prefer Brawl but a fair margin. But then I hated Dragged Across Concrete.Dev wrote:I watched Brawl in Cellblock 99 and I did not like it half as much as Bone Tomahawk.
Why didn't you like Brawl as much?

The Only Lovers Left Alive was good but I liked The Patterson much better. Neither is quite as good as my favorite Jarmusch movie, The Down By Law.

Paterson was good but I think about Only Lovers all the time, highly recc'd. TDDD is fun, not much more than that.VinylGuy wrote:jesus im so behind with Jarmusch. i havent seen neither Only Lover nor Dead dont die. Jarmusch seems right up your alley. Mine too. I'm surprised I didn't like Paterson more but it just didn't stick with me.durdencommatyler wrote:I know you're not asking me but I really enjoyed it.Mickey wrote:What did you think of The The Dead Don't Die?theplatypus wrote:The Only Lovers Left Alive was good but I liked The Patterson much better. Same. I really liked it. But ultimately it didn't have the effect on my that I expected; that it seems to have on so many others.Mickey wrote:Jarmusch seems right up your alley. Mine too.
