just heard the demo. it's still a pretty song since eddie sounds nice, but it's boring. This will really need something special to color in the spaces, since there are so many of them. Maybe the context of the album will help too, but this certainly seems like it is in the running for weakest closer

Well, that's clearly a demo or just isolated from Wrigley. It will sound alot better with the violins, mandolins , slide guitar and echoey vocals . It's a nice little song , but shit it is boring.
