It’s the Pearl Jam song that most easily gets me in a good mood. Not sure how often I would listen to it though. One song all the time is terrible.

If it's the only thing I could ever listen to, I'd want something peaceful and pretty, so some piano-based classical piece. Probably something cliché like Satie's Gymnopedie 1 or Chopin's Nocturne Op. 9 #2. Or for something a little more substantial, the middle movement of Rachmaninoff's piano concerto #2, but then I'd get "All By Myself" stuck in my head.
