Today marks 4 decades that I’ve been going to PJ shows and nobody can top that

You've gone during 4 different decades, not for 4 decades. Let's not go crazy.

Call-in for Apollo tickets started today. A number of Pitters have called 50+ times (one guy called 106 times).

They have a song of the day--today it's Go--and the right caller wins Apollo tickets.

Someone else suggested that you call as every non-Go song ends, that way you'll be on the line when Go starts, even if you have to call after every song. I guess that's a strategy.

I made that thread.

You didn't seem to get the joke.

I've had my moments of lacking reading comprehension - but Jesus Christ - never like that.
Sorry Pal..I guess it's my fault for missing the punchline.
I can't believe you guys don't get it. :shake:
This brand of humor is obviously way over my simple minded pedestrian head.
I guess I should look for a reading comprehension coach too.

Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

I know that there are people around here who are not fans of puns. But when there are strings of puns on the Pit, or when people try to cleverly play with words, they are much, much worse.

From the Apollo thread:

It’s All or None today, folks.

The radio is Light Years ahead of the app

Still All or None for me lol

I'm no clairvoyant, but I feel like most of us will be streaming via app or online...

I just want to scream “Hello!” (to the operator at Sirius XM).

Life Wasted. A lot of that going on today.

And we’ll reprise it tomorrow.

I've done those before, but they are different than puns. None of these are puns.

Just based on sheer numbers, the concentration of punning linguists here on RM (and the dearth of them on the Pit) is pretty astonishing.

The Jamily members really are fkn idiots.
