I’d argue that excellent albums are made up of mostly excellent songs, not solid ones. Just my take. I’ve admittedly never been a big fan of S/T. I like Backspacer more.

Life Wasted is excellent.

If having mostly excellent songs is a requirement for an album being excellent , wouldnt binaural not be excellent since most of those songs are solid instead of excellent?
