It's a dirty, playful, catchy riff - Eddie is mumbling the chorus plus something else I cannot make out. He is singing in his higher/lower register if that makes sense. Not the throaty vocals but not the real deep bass either. Maybe Save You is the closest I can come up with. It's not taking itself seriously. It also doesn't seem that complex - not sure where the rest of the band is. The guitar riff dominates, and you can hear Matt, but Jeff and either stone or mike are absent

Get Right in that ed sings in a lower controlled register. Guitar tone is tight and focused.

It's got a bit of a Satan's Bed single-note-riff thing going on... Although, it sounds more like an Eddie creation than a Stone one.

Hitchhiker and Get Right are the two song comparisons that came to mind. A fun, Scooby-Doo riff with a laid back, lower register vocal.
