LMAO what an insane post...”yeeting”bune wrote:Imagine liking Fantastic Mr. Fox so much that you listened to the soundtrack almost exclusively for a period of time and watched the movie once or twice a week for a few months. That's what watching Isle of Dogs was like for my son.
That said I really liked the taiko drumming on the soundtrack.

Re: The Cinematic Motion Picture News Thread
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ he really hated Isle of Dogs.
also he had me burn a disc of the FMF soundtrack so he could listen to it in the car while going to and from school. his favorite was "The Grey Goose" by Burl Ives because the cd display would only show "The Grey Goo" and he got a kick out of that. Also he was in elementary school.

Bottle Rocket, Rushmore, Tenenbaums and Life Aquatic are all great. Never saw Fox.
Besides that, everything is just a beautiful looking pile of shit.

Re: The Cinematic Motion Picture News Thread
it makes sense though, you don't really need to be on set that much for stop-motion. watch the dailies and make sure storyboards are done well and followed, maybe some angle clarification here and there.

she has the visual chops for sure. Also, she might be a very good actors director too...well see, the material could be great.
