Love it. One of my favorite bridges too.
I really like the bridge on the Lost Dogs Rescue comp
Yes! The slightly alt versions of the other LDs are great too. Haven’t heard those in a really long time. Need to dig them up.

Not that you can pull much of anything from this, but I will say that I like that on the little we have so far, Eddie's making a lot of melodic choices that are very much not choices he would usually make. It reminds me of the middle years when he would be singing weird covers and singing songs by other band members; it was exciting cause he was making choices that we clearly unconventional for what he'd typically pick. Both Dance and even this little snippet have that feeling, as well.

I’m very, very curious to hear this song in full. And honestly, I’m feeling far more optimistic than I ever thought possible.

I haven’t OD’d on Dance at all. I’ve listened to it probably 12-18 times since the first night binge. I don’t think I’ve heard it this week, but I’m gonna put it on tonight, and I know I’m gonna dig it because it’s a kick ass song.

This SBWM clip is full of promise. I hope it delivers.

If it does, I think I’ll safely be able to assume that Gigaton is going to easily be PJ’s most interesting (and likely best) album since Riot Act. And at that point it seems like maybe something great is possible, which after the last 15+ years of PJ no sane person could have predicted.

This is where I'm at. If SBWF verifies in a few days, it'll be tough to rein in the optimism. Hopefully on 3/27, Gigaton too will verify. And then sometime in late April or early May, anger at the wasted 15 years will start to kick in...

i love this snippet so much i looped it 1,478 times and listen to it everywhere, burnt all my other CDs and vinyl, threatened my local music store to shut down if they don’t carry solely this snippet, and have begun a gofundme campaign to support a constitutional amendment to ban all auditory sounds in the United States except for this looped 16 second snippet

I can only think that "super blood wolf moon" is poking fun at the outrageous names given to , well, just another full moon. And this one is eclipsed so of course it's going to be ruddy.

Instead of "eclipsed moon" tonight, headlines instead exclaim "super blood wolf moon" oooh boy!

NGL this popped into my head today as I made haste through the grocery store

and then I started remixing the lyrics as ‘Suckmybutt Eatpoo’

which were probably the original lyrics anyway

I still really dislike the snare sound; that kind of worries me - the drums sound better in DotC tho (as they become more live-sounding, particularly into the second half) so hopefully there's hope
