Yeah, I had far too much optimism.

This one is an unmitigated disaster.
The bright side is it’s only 3:43 for you, and not after midnight.

That's because they're not even trying on making it sound like he didn't add in the high notes in a separate take. Live will be a disaster there lol

Not bad, I may come back to this more than DOTC.

The heaviness is long gone, the raggedness helps this.

But there's a lot of Backspacer-esque sheen on this.

The fact that I'm the only person who voted 1 shows how delusional you all are

Get out of this abusive relationship

It doesn't have to be this way

I like the "la da da das" at :50, and I love the transition at 2:50 into the teaser clip.

Don’t I look foolish now!

My commiserations to anyone who stayed up late and was rewarded with this terrible song.

Sounds like he's not even in the same room on top of it being a decidedly NOT face melting solo.

I'm actually generally ok with the composition and tone but Ed is a train wreck.

Same, on first listen anyway. Im looking forward to hearing it in the car in the morning. It wasnt what i expected so thats good. It was kinda punky, but doesnt feel like its forced for the sake of being a punk song so thats good. I have no idea what the lyrics are but i liked the delivery.

The solo though is definitely wierd.
