I really don't have a problem with Bacspacer. Not great, not awful. Just Breath should've benn just Ed on guitar, maybe with Jeff on stand up. Speed of Sound also should've stayed the demo version.

Listening to Summerteeth right now I'm thinking that this is how Speed Of Sound should have sounded. Including a gorgeous instrumental outro. Now I'm sad it does not sound like that.
