Re: Superblood Wolfmoon
I really like it. It feels like the band is playing in the same room, a feeling I think got lost on Avocado.
I don't think it sounds like anything of Backspacer or Lightning Bolt (except for the mysterious " she " Eddie keep refering to). In fact, it seems like a mix of Binaural-Riot Act sound and Avocado type rocker.
I like the solo and Mike tribute to metal.
I can't wait to hear it live. I hear spring.
It's a great imperfect song by a band that seems to finally accept to sound " faillible ", urgent, "undone", while not being complecent.

this song would be so much better if it started after the second sbwm took her away line...the drums sound like undone so get rid of them and the way he sings those first two lines is awful but after that I'm getting more and more into it. On first listen I was like what the why the fuck? cmon! but not anymore which always bodes well for me and pj songs so we'll see

I'd recommend this to a friend. Mike's solo is great. Sounds like a Shadow outtake.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

Just listened through headphones. Was listening through speakers. Even better through headphones, of course. Definitely sticking with a 4 in the poll. Getting better and better with more listens.
