Fuck yes!

This will make up for when PJ has to cancel the Euro tour due to coronavirus

Beautiful!
We still make records to be listened to — not that everyone will listen to a record track one to twelve in a row or side A or Side B — but we still make 'em in case somebody does want to listen to it like that, that's how we make em…

i don't know much about record production technique, and unless it's just blatantly obvious, i can't tell what's horrible or great when i'm listening to it without comparison. but today i listened to DOTC and SBWM on headphones, then Mind Your Manners and Pendulum, and i can't believe the difference. BoB was so bad on Lightning Bolt. Maybe one day they'll remaster it — i doubt it and i doubt i would really care that much bc i don't enjoy the songs in general — but I'd be interested in hearing them in a new (better) way.

Agree. Aside from mediocre songs...Lightning Bolt is just killed by Brendan O'Brien's production.
He really shit the bed on that album. Glad he's out of the picture now.

I bumped into a few tweets today claiming they heard a leaked fragment from "Who Ever Said" and it's a pink-floyidish sounding number.

Can anyone confirm? No trace of the fragment anywhere on the internet, and I've looked.

those were all just RTs of an Alternative Nation story pointing to the Instagram story the band posted about a month ago of someone playing the opening bars of the test pressing. You're not missing anything.
Cool, thanks!

At the moment, Who Ever Said, is the song I most look forward to hearing.

I feel the same way
The tiny clip we've heard has raised my interest and hopes that this will be a great tune

Pretty wild that with the release of GIGATON, Matt Cameron will drum on more PJ albums (6) than not (5).
