I listened to SBWM and DotC back to back for the first time and it sounds pretty good, it helps that its just 2 really good songs, but i figured it would be a tough transition but i like it.

I like this transition too

Makes me wonder what Quick Escape will sound like as a follow up to DOTC

I’ve been listening to them on loop in my car. The transition is ok, the songs are very good.

Agreed. This is the only post Riot Act song that is slowly entering my top 30.

My 13 year old daughter, who generally has good taste in music and an appreciation for bands like LCD Soundsystem, U2, and STP, likes this song a lot and says SBWM is good too.

this song is fucking awesome. the "positive...positive, positive" part is still forced and bad, but this entire song is so good and surprising.

Same here. The Byrne-esque inflection is a personal highlight
We still make records to be listened to — not that everyone will listen to a record track one to twelve in a row or side A or Side B — but we still make 'em in case somebody does want to listen to it like that, that's how we make em…
