Just really odd that the only promotion has been asking fans to drive around and point their phones at the moon , 13 different music videos for DOTC & Eddie Vedder getting 30 odd industry people (and Kid C) drunk on Tequila at some Hollywood party.
It's still forthcoming.

Im guessing and hoping thats going to come in the next weeks.

Also, PJ barely did press for a lot of their albums so maybe this is it.

With Avocado, Backspacer, & Lightning Bolt they did quite a bit of interviews and were featured in some of magazines like SPIN and Rolling Stone.
There's been nothing on this in the lead up.

Hoping there'll be more activity & features in March

It's still a month away. Maybe it will ramp up and you'll start seeing the TV and online appearances.

Look out for Mike McCready in an upcoming episode of Hot Ones

maybe the 4 music videos, superbowl commercial, 3 singles and 2-month long social media campaign were meant to replace the normal process this time

Yeah. I don't know if he's still doing the Youtube thing, but that was a great way to interview people.

Yeah, they're still doing it. I read an interview where he said he's never stopping that. They shot the entire season of the game show in like one week

Those interviews were really good. Liked the Judd Apatow one a lot

Funny that SBWM has an explicit warning, but DOTC does not.

I would imagine that starts coming in the next few weeks with interviews and what not. If they don’t do SNL, I would fully expect Colbert or something.

The tour starts in less than three weeks. It’s coming. Matt posted a picture of the band practicing. A year and a half between shows is pretty crazy.

They still put on a great live show. I bet they're excited to get out and play new music.
