The 4 ballad in a row stretch to close the album will be interesting
Buckle Up - ballad
Comes Then Goes - ballad

Where does this come from? The descriptions here https://variety.com/2020/music/news/pea ... 79780/amp/ sound very different.

I thought KidC- said it was a ballad

I don't think SBWM sounds much like KidC-'s description either, and his tastes in Pearl Jam differ wildly from mine, so I'm not hanging my expectations on his review.

It's not surprising though, I doubt many of us would be able to put together a really accurate review after one listen to the album in those circumstances.

Imagine describing Binaural after one listen in a room full of people and Ed handing out shots of tequila or whatever.

1) River Cross

2) River of Deceit

3) Green River

4) Superblood Wolfmoon/(Cry Me A River) (forthcoming live adaptation)

which performance do you like best?

Is there a solid mp3 version (or other sound format) of this song?

All I've heard is the Harrison Ford commercial.

On You Tube there's 2 versions where Eddie plays it live on just pump organ

I haven't really gotten into these live versions of River Cross.
I like the little bit I heard in the Harrison Ford commercial and have high hopes that the full band version will improve the song.

The live versions never clicked with me as much as others. I’m sure it was a different vehicle in person. It almost felt slightly in complete or still being worked on. But I’m interested to see how this becomes a band song, and I think that’s where it will really shine.
