how many songs are most of you averaging? I'm thinking of between 16 and 20, but didn't know if that's too many/few.

Im guessing 12. I dont want to make a really long mix. Just something cool and fun.

Im hoping i can cut mine down to 20, but we will see, i dont want it to be too long but i also dont want to feel like i need to cut something out once i get a flow.

so if i'm having a theme (which i'm strongly considering), i would cut it down to about 12-14 songs, like an actual album. after reading your responses i'm glad i'm on the right path.

I’ve definitely gone through multiple “final” versions before arriving at the “as good as it’s going to get” stage.

i'm iffy about one song smack dab in the middle that i may need to substitute out. also, i think i need one more song on top of it, but am have a hell of time choosing.
