It is so incredibly rare these days that I eat an actual meal for dinner.

Tonight it was half my kids’ mac n cheese, a couple slices of turkey (lunchmeat), an orange, crumbs from the bottom of a bag of tortilla chips, and parmesan Whisps.

I'm not even hungry, but my wife made meatballs. Her meatballs are divine. So...meatballs.

Is that the most human name for a dish? Meatballs?

Hey, let's mush all of this into a ball and cook it in sauce all day. I bet it'll be fuckin' great.
No shit it'll be great. Sandwich style? Provolone, mozzarella, parmesan?
Uh huh. What should we call it?
Meatball.
Meatball?
Meatball.
Yeah. Meatball.
