I'm sure Guerrilla Candy is a good review, but I can't get his page to come up. Why don't they give us an advanced copy. Stip would write an amazing review. We'd totally kiss their ass.

Sterogum gave it a B I think, and Rolling Stone gave 4 stars.B wrote:Consequence of Sound: B+VinylGuy wrote:yeah why? those reviews seem pretty cool.

I wasn’t expecting an A, personally, so these good reviews are what I was hoping for.

So you're excited about it? And looking forward to some shitty leak to listen to on your phone? yeah Binaural was hated. I remember Rolling Stone calling it a very shy album from a band that once mattered....it was so fucking funny.EJ wrote:I seem to recall Binaural not getting outstanding reviews.B wrote:Consequence of Sound: B+VinylGuy wrote:yeah why? those reviews seem pretty cool.

Re: The Official GIGATON Thread (real tracklists released!)
I'm actually ok with the last few albums, they are definitely the bottom end of the catalogue, but I wasn't completely turned off by them.
Reading these reviews, I'm cautiously optimistic there is at least more depth on Gigaton. Hell, it even seems like they put forth some effort rather than PJ by the numbers.
Trying not to be too stoked, even though for me DotC is the best thing they've done in over 15 years.
