Second chiropractic session today and I feel amazing. They hooked me up to these electrical doo-dads that fed me low-voltages for about ten minutes while my neck and shoulder muscles seized. Sounds awful, but it was pretty cool when it was happening, and now I feel awesome. Also some neck, spine, and hip cracking.

Call it woo-woo or whatever you will, but after just two sessions I am finding that the pain I've been living with for nearly five years has subsided considerably.

Sounds like they used a TENS unit(s). We had some to give to patients a few years back. I tried it on my lower back felt pretty good until the nurse came over and said “what does this button do?” and pressed the button. It wasn’t quite as bad as when I was struck by lightning, but it knocked me to the floor.

I was really just debating the efficacy of vitamins and supplements. I didn't realize it was such a touchy subject.

Any way you look at, its kinda pseudo science that's hard to measure and evaluate. I think even peeps in the vitamin/eastern medicine field would agree with that.

The only real problem I have with them is when they are used to treat serious illness, which happens way more than it should.
