Available three days early "due to the current conditions of everything."
We still make records to be listened to — not that everyone will listen to a record track one to twelve in a row or side A or Side B — but we still make 'em in case somebody does want to listen to it like that, that's how we make em…

Bugs me to drop $24.99 for a 4k digital copy .
Having said that, I'm sure I'll be buying it when my wife wakes up & finds out it's been released.

I’m still on dvd!! :haha:

But I always buy the physical copy. Don’t have any kind of smart tv or anything like sky or disney +

And my laptop is fucked so I can’t even torrent

It’s a pain. But I can live without the whole tv digital service thing

I'm real itchy trying to shed physical media...tough transition.

Wife & I love Asian action movies (Jackie Chan, Sammo Hung, Donny Yen, etc), and I recently bought this gimmicked, region-free player to play all of the discs we've imported throughout the years from either Hong Kong or the U.K., but, I can't justify yet another piece of hardware to start re-buying still more physical copies in 4k bluray. We live in a one bedroom apt. and it already looks like a UPS dropoff hub.

We use Vudu as our digital storage locker right now, and, it's not bad, though there's a lot of talk of their service being sold off, so therein lies the digital "ownership" concern. Who knows what'll happen there? Thankfully, we have the option of downloading our copies should they decide to shutter it.

Anyway, sorry, back to Star Wars.

That’s my main problem with things digital. Apple amazon all of them can pull anything out of your library at any time. Even after you’ve paid for it.

Physical all the way.

Did you break into the last Sam Goody in existence and carry the store home on your shoulders?

Now the OCD in me has to know.

How do you catalogue it? Alphabetical?
Genre?
Favourites?

What set is that w/ Man of the West and Monte Walsh, btw?

Is your collection segmented by decade?

Haha my organization has gotten out of control lately. I organize by format, label, genre, era, and packaging - and (usually) alphabetically within each subsection.

Man of the West and Monte Walsh were both released by the label Kino Lorber, which is what that chunk is.

Thanks for this, Strat. Wife just now saw the 2 hr runtime for the doc on this post & said, "We're watching this later."

Told ya I'd be buying it when she found out, dime

How lucky am I to have a lady who gets just as excited than I do, if not moreso, for all of this stuff?
