Every employee is getting screened at the door as of this morning. They asked me questions and checked my temperature with one of those forehead scanner thingies. Cool device. Works fast. They said they will be doing this every morning. Felt weird. I'm glad they're doing it, though.

Tree, not be a dick here, but you are wrong. Virus don’t stay in the air that long and It will make a significant difference in the rate of new infections allowing time for support and healthcare systems to adapt.

We are being told that it is not airborne, it is droplet based. There is a difference. Droplets drop and don't remain in the air. Then regular disinfecting is key.

So it's been confirmed that a number of staff members at my wife's college were exposed to someone not associated with the college who's been diagnosed with COVID-19. So they're going to shut it all down and make everyone remote, students and staff. She got this email while driving over there to print some documents, and she's pretty sure she'll be allowed on campus but won't be staying long.
