Hey that's great that PJ got one of the lead reviews in Mojo. They dont get a whole lot of coverage in the British press, outside of the metal mags. Normally a review in Mojo or Q is just a cursory couple of paragraphs and a 3* rating. So this is very welcome.

Keith Cameron, the MOJO reviewer, is a big fan of the band.

He’s written some good stuff about how he (as someone who came out of the 80s/90s indie rock scene) “learned to stop worrying and love Pearl Jam.”

That's a good article. Not seen it before. Niall at Q is another big fan but sadly Q seems to overlook them on the whole.

Q have gotten better with recent albums. I think PJ didn’t play the game of giving them much content either but I recall a big piece around the time of BS.


These reviews are making me hopeful of a good PJ album. I wonder is it too much to think they will release it early considering everything that is going on?
