There's not a chance in hell I'd go to a movie theater at this time.

Forget "social distancing." Sounds like something George Carlin would have gleefully mocked.

We still make records to be listened to — not that everyone will listen to a record track one to twelve in a row or side A or Side B — but we still make 'em in case somebody does want to listen to it like that, that's how we make em…

The LA screenings have been delayed by the “distributor”. Guessing the rest come soon.

The one I signed up for in Highlands Ranch here in Colorado is removed now. It was close to selling out last I looked. Either it sold out or...

Re: Pearl Jam's Gigaton in Dolby Atmos
All the screenings on the website now say "Coming Soon". And rightfully so.

The link for purchasing tickets appears to be missing from the event page on AMC Theatres.

I haven't been notified by AMC Theatres of a refund. Though my original confirmation email has a link to request a refund, the purchase is unable to be refunded and they list a number I'll have to call during business hours.
edit:
Just got an email from AMC confirming tickets are being refunded.

Absolutely, there is ZERO reason for them to wait now, unless they have a third single ready to drop this week?scrub12 wrote:Yep, just got refunded. Now they should definitely release the album.

Re: Pearl Jam's Gigaton in Dolby Atmos
It's a pity but understandable. I rang and sorted my refund, the guy said it is just this movie and it is not other movies which is strange.
In fairness to PJ, they were ahead of the curve in postponing their gigs so maybe they are just playing their part in not spreading the virus.
I don't think they will release the album early or anything. Not that people will be going out to the shops to pick it up anyway.
