the person who said "Retrograde" is cheesier than Sirens was wrong; it doesn't try to rise to those bombastic heights, which is more like older don't-overdo-it Pearl Jam

Its hands down better than Backspacer and Lightning Bolt....i'll need more listens to say if its better than S/T but this is a VERY worthy album so far (2/3 thru).
