It’s way better than the last three albums, and I’m almost fully convinced it’s better than Riot Act. Binaural has been arguably my favorite for a few years, that’s the most recent album I’d rank better than Gigaton. That being said, this album is gorgeous and PJ is finally being an exciting, new-and-still-familiar version of themselves. It’s absolutely a great album. I’m very confident in that judgement.

Seriously though, (and I love Binaural) if this is as good to my ears as RA or Avocado, I'll be quite happy.

This just got way hard. I didn't expect a leak honestly. I made it through the first night knowing it's out there in the wild. I think that was the hardest part. My plan to hear Gigaton for the first time by spinning the vinyl is still in place. Seeing reactions is making me beyond excited for this moment. I really hope the Ten Club delivers early!

Tell you what....I cancelled spring break in Cancun, have been shut in with the fam all week, have waited a long time for this and have the afternoon off. Everybody’s reviews have me really hopeful there’s going to be plenty that’ll “hit” for me.

Might take a road trip this afternoon just to get out. In theory, would be a golden opportunity and could put the temptation over the top. Family included though. Shyly jackin’ a pandemic boner in the car probably not an option. Sounds like a challenge I’m up for at this point actually but maybe not the best decision.

Sounds like an album for the times, coming along at just the right time. I’d put money on needing the escape/distraction more next week than I do now. With better sound quality. Happy for you all but holding out.

Yeah I’m with you. Binaural has aged remarkably well. It’s the album I’ve gone back to the most the last few years. Right now I’ve got it tied with Gigaton.
