As far as solutions to the problems in Backspacer go, this is one of the weirder suggestions I've heard.

Apparently a review copy of LB leaked last night & some South American fans reported it to Kat and got it taken down. The leaker posted about it somewhere. Real clever.

The fact that anyone reported it to Kat, rather than jump on the opportunity to grab the album, is mind-boggling. They probably did still grab the album and then report it.
