Where the punctuation is on the seven seas lyric really changes how to read that line. And I'm not sure what he's chanting at the end.

Comes the summer rain
Cue the lighting and far off thunder again
Projecting through the clouds
Meditations lifting out in the sound
The more mistakes the more resolve
It’s gonna take much more than ordinary love
To lift this up

Stars align they say when things are better then right now
Feel the retrograde spin us round round round
Seven seas are raising forever future’s fading out
Feel the retrograde all around round round

Accelerate the change
Feeling equal opposite all the same
Momentum rearranged
Shout the echo, turning back but now changed
The rusted shapes refuse to fall
It’s gonna take much more than ordinary love
To lift this up

Stars align they say when times are better than right now
Feel the retrograde spin us round round round
Seven seas are raising forever future’s fading out
Feel the retrograde all around round round

Hear the sounds in the distance now
Could be thunder or a crowd

Feel the sound (feel the sound)

Yeah it's really stuck in my head now. Also, it's an important song thematically too. It feels like a centerpiece song, along with Seven O'clock.

This song has grown on me the most that's for sure. Ever since my 1st listen the melody of 'arrouuuund' really caught me.

Can you put the lyrics on the 1st post? Some slight amendments:

Comes the summer rain
A cue to lighting and far off thunder again
Projecting through the clouds
And meditations lifting out in the sound
The more mistakes the more resolve d
It’s gonna take much more than ordinary love
To lift this up

Stars align they say when things are better then right now
Feel the retrograde spin us round round round
Seven seas are raising forever future’s fading out
Feel the retrograde all around round round - I think it's just 2x round

Accelerate the change
Feeling equal opposite all the same
Momentum rearranged
Shout the echo, turning back but now changed
The rusted shapes refuse to fall
It’s gonna take much more than ordinary love
To lift this up

Stars align they say when times are better than right now

The ending may be my favorite part of the album, been listening to it over and over.

But good grief, that solo at 1:40 sounds like actual 90210 background music.

Perhaps a nod to Shannon Doherty wanting to date Eddie?

I hate what Matt does for this song. The rim shots on the snare is just so fucking cheesy. Doesn't help the already cheesy guitar lines and melody.

This song sounds like it was meant to be the centerpiece of a much shittier version of Gigaton.

Ok so I’ll be honest and say this song has been growing on me pretty well. Originally voted as my least favorite it is now maybe only my second or third least favorite on the album now.

The worst part of this song is over pretty quickly. After that it's all good.
