Yes the lyrics here make a big difference in the overall texture of the song. Really love the first 1.5 verses. Been waiting for them to get posted. Nice album review, by the way!

I really love it, especially when the verse hits the chorus (

) but are some of Eddie's lyrics phrased really awkwardly? The line about despondency is an example.
