ugh this avatar looks just like Ruddo's at quick glance. It's confusing.
Yeah I confuse a chicken with a giant ring in the sky often
This explains everything. There is a ufo in the ring but actually it's just a flying chicken.
Your avatar is to similar to Ruddo's. I'm losing track.
Yeah this is so confusing
Someday, I will drink wine from your skull.

I hate to take trag's side but the colors are similar enough that I think it's you during a quick scroll through.

Chickens actually can't fly very well. Starting to remind me of a scene from The Other Guys.

This quickly went from head scratcher to barn burner pretty quickly in my books...the solo followed by that little sequence/ferocity to end it is really, really good. It’s also sequenced perfect on the new album (the 2nd spot).

Same. I like it. It's catchy, fun and has a cool riff and chorus.

I do think it could've started with the bridge riff as the intro but meh, nm

Nor I. The title of the song being a lyric is still tough for me. That's really the only part of the song I ever really struggled with. Liked it from first listen and it's only improved over time. I really love it now. In spite of how dumb it is to hear Ed sing the actual words "superblood wolfmoon".

Yes. Which is fine. I don't mind titles being lyrics. It's specifically the awkwardness of the phrase "superblood wolfmoon" and more specifically the way it fits (doesn't really fit) in the melody/phrasing.

It scrapes my ear a bit. A lot of the songs lyrics are fast and jagged and shoved quickly at different angles. Most of it works really well for me. "Superblood wolfmoon took her away too soon" just doesn't. Again, not a dealbreaker. Still love the song. Just really wish that refrain wasn't in it.

yeah I get that; "moon" would normally be emphasized if that was spoken

So the official PJ Facebook page posted a lyric video clip that says the final lines of the song are..

Focus on your focusness
don't allow for hopelessness
I've been hoping that our hope does last

Just to update the lyrics.

That's actually what I was hearing. But I'm terrible at hearing Ed's lyrics correctly. Also, "hope dies last" is such a wonderful sentiment that once I saw people referencing that I just went with it.

I don't understand the hate - I think it's a good song; a working combination of Johnny Guitar and Worldwide Suicide.

BUT I think the 25 second intro of the song should get cut.
