Followed by the premiere of the "Gigaton video". Seems like they made videos/visuals for all songs on the record.

Oh shit, that'd be awesome if it is.

I wonder if the audio will be good enough to go through my surround system?

Do YouTube videos do anything other than mono or stereo audio?

I don't think so.

If there's anything that was originally intended for the Dolby Atmos thing going to be shown, I guess it could be whatever the additional material was, as the film was listed as being longer than the album's running time. Interviews? Song introductions? Behind the scenes stuff? Who knows.

Three hour live broadcast?

Sounds like the perfect opportunity for a Self Pollution/Monkeywrench Radio-style performance.

I don’t even want to try a new rank the albums because I know I’m going to put Gigaton at like number 4 or 5 and I need the new car smell to wear off before I do that.

Actual footage of BOB watching:

Image
as he mutters to himself, "we did it guys, we made a masterpiece." Then he looks at his cell phone... no messages or missed calls. He checks his email and pulls his thumb slowly down to refresh... no new messages. He gets up from his majlis cushions, opens the sliding door, walks onto the balcony and watches the horizon glimmer.

Early RM approval ratings (4-5 stars)

1. Quick Escape 98%
2. Dance of the Clairvoyants 91%
3. Comes Then Goes 82%
4. Alright 81%
4. Who Ever Said 81%
6. Seven O'Clock 79%
7. Buckle Up 69%
8. River Cross 64%
9. Take the Long Way 60%
10. Superblood Wolfmoon 43%
11. Retrograde 41%
12. Never Destination 34%

Looks about right but I don't get the disdain for ND. Feels like the perfect mid-album banger to me.

Even though it probably one of the better attempts, I really dislike this style of PJ garage rock/punk.
There's the dog. You can't fake that stuff. Confess with your mouth.
