The Federal Reserve can buy up to 70% of each debt issuance by the Treasury
So the Treasury will issue the debt and the Fed will just buy most of it and just sit on it
because fiat money and the Fed balance sheet aren't real
they can just do that

Obama’s resistance to the single payer healthcare model was that it would be too disruptive. It was probably mostly true at that time. But he did say “if we were starting over...”

WW2 and the destruction of Europe is what led to many of those countries getting a government system
maybe this will be the US' opportunity
as a minimum, they need to take steps to bring costs down and expand coverage; for the sake of oligarchs like to go out to dinner in cities

I don't think she has any underlying issues. She's one of those extended relatives you see every 5 years at a wedding or a funeral. She works in a nursing home and I guess they weren't following the guidelines.
