Couldn't tell if I had mild COVID19 or just really out of shape on treadmill tonight. I'm not going to be able to do therapy for a bit and my doctor, who's office just furloughed my wife, is probably going to call and ask me to change my April 7 appointment to a telemedicine thing. So at 9 weeks I'm just going to ride it out myself from here. Feels pretty okay and only getting better.

I ordered a new drive belt for my treadmill, but it won't arrive for a week. Hopefully that will get it running. I'm going nuts with the gym being closed.

We have to visualize a successful victory before we even start a very difficult challenge.

Right now we are all facing a very difficult challenge and we don’t know when the finish line is coming.

One of the most difficult things is life is to continue running your hardest when you don’t know the end point. It can be a total mind fuck! This time, right now, can be a total mind fuck if you allow it to be.

You may feel like everything is out of your control right now but stop for a second and think. What is in your control? Your mind, body and whatever belief system you may or may not have.

We have the choice right now to dedicate ourselves to being physically and mentally stronger during this time as we have no excuse to get after it or just sit back and let your mind run rampant with stupid thoughts. Learn to master the day that you are living. Don’t think anything beyond that.

Everything comes to an end. Everything! Make sure when this ends, you emerge victorious!!

Thank you to all of the doctors, nurses, military, first responders, truck drivers, postal workers, grocery store employees, and all of the other countless workers and volunteers who are stepping up around the country! Stay hard!

Thinking about starting a streak today. Without any races to look forward to I'm going to need something to keep myself motivated. 2 miles per day, running or hiking. Something like that.

He'd do a streak more than 2 miles per day...MOTHERFUCKER!

Honestly though a 2 mile per day minimum streak would probably help me out a lot ive been under a ton of stress and really feeling impotent dealing with this pandemic. It's proving to be difficult conditions in which to motivate myself.

CDC protocol is confusing. Do I burn the bodies or leave them quarantined for 14 days?

You burn the bodies then quarantine the remains. easy to get confused.
